Endodontic Treatment Fees
The fee for endodontic treatment varies depending on the specific tooth and the type and complexity of the treatment required. While you're welcome to call our office to inquire about fees, please note that because some details may not be clear until your visit, any fees quoted over the phone are only estimates.
As is standard in professional offices, payment arrangements must be made at the time of treatment.
Insurance And Network Information
Fort Bend Endodontic Specialists does not participate in any Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) networks, Dental Maintenance Organizations (DMO), Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), or similar plans. While we are happy to treat patients with these types of coverage, please be aware that seeking treatment outside your plan's network may result in reduced or no insurance benefits.
Payment Policy
If you have dental insurance, we are happy to file your claim for you, as long as we receive all necessary information regarding your insurance policy. We will do our best to help you maximize your benefits.
Due to the wide variation in coverage, deductibles, annual maximums, fee schedules, and allowances across different insurance plans, it is difficult for us to know exactly what your policy will cover. As such, we ask for the following payment arrangements:
- For fees under $350: Full payment is due at the time of treatment.
- For fees over $350: A deposit of approximately 50% is required at the time of treatment, depending on your plan.
Once we receive payment from your insurance company, any remaining credit balance will be automatically refunded. If your insurance carrier does not cover the remaining balance, you will be responsible for the outstanding amount, and a statement will be sent to you.
Important Notes:
- If we have not received payment from your insurance company within 60 days of your service, any unpaid balance will be due by the responsible party.
- After 90 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.
- If payment is not received after 90 days, we may refer the account to a collection agency.
