When you schedule your appointment, we will send you a welcome letter containing a secure password for completing your online registration. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your appointment to save time during check-in.
Initial Appointment
Your initial appointment will include a consultation where we will discuss your diagnosis and treatment options. Treatment may be provided on the same day as the consultation. However, if your medical history or treatment plan is more complex, a follow-up appointment may be necessary for the procedure.
*A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 during the consultation visit.
Important Note
Please inform us in advance if you have any medical conditions that could affect surgery (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, rheumatic fever) or if you are taking any medications (e.g., heart medications, aspirin, blood thinners) or need antibiotics prior to dental cleanings.
